This baby hamburguesa, the Spanish equivalent of a slider, is not only cute but tasty, too. It was available from one of the stalls in the historic and upscale El Mercado de San Miguel in the heart of Madrid. While the little burger was precooked and the whole thing was briefly heated in the microwave, it was surprisingly tasty. The burger itself was actually rare and provided about two bites, including the baby gherkin, half of a grape tomato, unidentified green sauce, and a darling miniature sesame bun. All in all it was a nice little treat, especially in a land known for its sub-par hamburgers.
