Bourbon and Steak

I was with CowsNeedSteroids when I ate this burger and his review pretty much sums up everything. It is easily in the top three best burgers that I have ever had. Granted, we had just finished WhiskyFest SF so it is possible that my barometer might have been off a little bit but I doubt it. The meat, the onions, the bun.. all perfect.

Also, I agree with his statement that Sarah was the best waiter that I have ever been served by. Amazing service.

$22 bucks for a burger? Well friends, this burger is made from aged prime steak and weighs in at a healthy 8 ounces. The seasoned masterpiece came out perfectly medium and palced on a buttered brioche bun. House made 1001 dressing paired with a reserve white chedder cheese and caramelized onions.

We found this masterpiece by accident, running around looking for a good burger and with 15 minutes to spare, we ended up at Bourbon Steak, hidden within the beautiful downtown St. Francis. Our angelic waitress, Sarah, was quick to show us the menu and to our dismay, there was no burger. After our airing of grievances, this beauty queen described this burger that was on another menu…within the next 20 minutes, I enjoyed the best burger I have ever had and the best waitress I ever had (conversation at least)
