Spectator Sports Bar & Grill

This was not the best bison burger I had but it was ordered in a college campus sports bar so expectations were low. Unlike the elk burger these do taste more similar to regular beef but I do like the subtle difference. The execution on this particular burger was a bit sloppy and I wasn't thrilled about how the patty was cooked, a bit uneven, not crusty on the outside and an unpleasant grey throughout. But all in all it was edible pub food.
