Muu is an American-style 50's diner in the middle of Palermo. All the burgers have names of US music or pop culture figures (Elvis, Chubby Checker, Barry White, etc) and there is a bunch of random Americana memorabila they must have stolen from the local TGIFridays.
I ordered the "Barry White" hoping for a sensual and erotic taste bud journey back in time. It boasted carmelized onions, red pepper and a mini provoleta grilled cheese (very Argy') on top of the meat patty and traditional veggies. I loved the idea and honestly all the condiments and extras of the burger were fine but the beef was a huge fail. An overly-processed frozen patty? Really? Isn't that the easiest thing to get write for a 50s style diner? Back in the 80s and 90s these kinds of places were our only salvation to get real ground chuck patties outside of the family BBQ. How do they screw that up in the land of Plenty o' Beef. Very disappointing. I may trying making a proper version back home with a mini proveleta because I love that idea but they totally screwed the pooch on this burger.
