A new, yanqui-owned restaurant in the lively Las Canitas neighborhood. The menu is small but burger-heavy and the place makes and serves its own ranch sauce, a real rarity down here. The burgers are pretty excellent and American-style. They come well-done unless you specify. We did a sampler mini-burger option (came with a regular, BBQ and "Californian" burger. The best was the Californian with some ranch, avocado, honey mustard, cheddar and mozzarella. Surprisingly good burger and not a piece of sliced ham in sight, another rarity down here. It's a guilty pleasure gringo place but at least the food is actually good. Highly recommendable to serve your burger cravings in this city of steaks.
