Terrazas is one of the new resto-bars built on along the Posadas coastline (costanera) facing Encarnacion, Paraguay. It's a cool place to hang out with friends, basically made up of a bunch of different balconies and rooftops. The food is nothing spectacular but you don't really expect it to be either. The beer is ice cold, essential here in the summer, and the burgers come with the customary fried egg and piece of ham. It is a Hamburger after all. It's also probably the most substantial thing on the menu so if you are starving, like I was, it's the best choice. The meat and cheese were solid, as they usually are here though the rest of the ingredients and presentation left something to be desired.
