So the Office Burger at Father's Office has been called the best burger in Southern California. It's got a cultish following, kind of like Umami Burger. I think it comes w/ arugula, bleu cheese, gruyere cheese, caramalized onions, and some kind of smoked bacon compote. It comes on a soft, but bottom-toasted french roll. It's a great tasting burger. I could eat it all day. But it ain't a real burger. I think any cut of meat smeared w/ two kinds of cheeses and with a sweet-smoky bacon-onion mix on it is going to taste great. (I actually just had a ribeye at a fancy restaurant w/ very similar toppings/sauce on it.) I dunno, I'll give this place 5 stars for taste, but take away 1 because where's my tomato? Where's my pickles? (Pickles are so underrated.) Where's my onions (raw)? Where's my round shape?
