Prime 112

You are currently feasting your eyes on a $32 burger! That's right, a $32 1lb Kobe burger and it is absolutely massive. It's at least as larger as your entire face. Maybe larger. As you can see from the picture it was cooked to perfection. It was a perfect medium rare and it was as juicy as it gets. Unfortunately when you're dealing with something so large I think it's hard to get the mix of flavors just right. While the meat was tasty it was hard to get anything thing else, like onions, sauce, or peppers, in your mouth. And we all know that the burger is really the sum of all of it's parts. Every ingredient has a role and with this burger you could taste anything else. I think they would benefit from serving up a smaller and dare I say more affordable burger. Prime 112 seems like the sort of place that should be capable of producing a 5 start burger since everything else there is fantastic. So go and enjoy but stick to the steak.
