Empire Burger

For a place that specializes in Burgers and is known as the best burger restaurant in Breckenridge, I expected more. The restaurant is decorated nicely with plenty of seating inside. In addition to the 8 or 10 burgers on the menu they also have a lot of other option for food. And I think that's a good thing because while I wouldn't mind eating their again, I'm not going to go out of my way to do it. The burger was cooked well and everything tasted OK but that is just it, it was only OK. It was missing a unique flavor that would keep people coming back every time they were in town. I had their regular bacon burger so maybe one of their gourmet creations is a little bit better. Maybe the true sign is that if there were a Five Guys chain in town I would be going to that instead.
