The Happy Cooker is a cute place in downtown Georgetown with a nice atmosphere and friendly wait staff. Unfortunately this was one of the worst burgers that I have ever eaten. I've thought for a few hours about how to properly describe it and I'm not sure that I have really figured out how to do that. It tastes like a pre-made frozen patty that was left in the back of the freezer for two year. The bun and vegetables were great but the meat was terrible. In fact I found myself eating the raw onion, by itself, just to get past the taste of the meat. And the fact that they charge $11 for something that is inedible is a crime against humanity.
If you ever go there, stick with the all day breakfast.
