This place has gotten a lot of hype… it's in Bon Appetit's top 10 burger list. It was good, well thought out and made. Burger was cooked to a nice medium rare, bun was on point. The rest of it was interesting. Parmesan cheese disc thing and sauteed shitake mushrooms and oven-roasted tomatos? It was different.. unique… good flavor…. but I missed the lack of greens and the meltiness of cheese.
YO PEEPMEAT… some of the older burger pictures have scrolled off the gallery page!! Can you fix it so they all show up instead of just the recent ones?
