Sunset Beach Bar & Grill

This was my first meal off of the plane. A Mahi Mahi "burger" with fries and a sauce that I cannot identify. The sauce was orange and delicious. This burger at the Sunset Beach Bar is great. They have beef burgers too, but I was sitting about 15 feet from the ocean so I went all fish style. The bun was fine, the fish was fresh and spiced just enough to make you go "yes, thank you." The garden (lettuse tomato, onion, pickle) were also fresh and the taste of the whole thing: bun, garden, sauce, and mahi mahi was REALLY good. It's also fun to watch planes land over you when you eat a burger. I would say this is the first stop to make in St Maarten. Good work! Good fries!
