Ulrike's came recommended to us as the "best hamburger in the Sacred Valley," so we had to peep it. Don't be fooled by the picture - the burger met all expectations. It was well seasoned, well cooked, and very cheap by American/European standards. I went bunless, as always, so I paid close attention to the meat itself. Add on top of everything that it was grass-fed and local and you have a four-star burger. If you're on your way to Machu Picchu, stop by Pisac to hike the ruins, go to the market, grab a burger at Ulrike's, and sit on the open-air third floor. We also were told that Ulrike's had the: "best carrot cake in the world," but we didn't sample.
