Las Cholas

This was one of the most over-cooked burgers that I have ever had. I guess that should not be surprising for Argentina but it was a struggle to get through it. As you can see from the picture they served the coal like burger with only lettuce, tomato, and hard piece of bread. That's it. Take notes because if you want to server up the driest meal ever this is how you do it. Luckily I was able to flag down a waitress and get some mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup. Anything to add some moisture back to it.
